• Smoking and vaping will be barred on bar and restaurant terraces, at pools, campuses and transport shelters, with 15‑metre buffers at entrances to key public buildings.
• Sales of disposable e‑cigarettes will be outlawed after a 12‑month transition to adapt products and clear existing stock.
• Minors are expressly prohibited from consuming tobacco or related products, with penalties that can be assigned to parents or guardians up to €600.
• E‑cigarettes, heated‑tobacco devices, nicotine pouches and herbal products are equated with cigarettes for use restrictions and face a blanket ban on advertising, promotion and sponsorship across media and public space.
