SpaceX to Launch 25 Starlink Satellites from Vandenberg This Morning

The mission uses veteran booster B1071 with a planned droneship landing in the Pacific.

  • Liftoff window opens at 7:38 a.m. PST (10:38 a.m. EST / 1538 UTC) from Space Launch Complex 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base.
  • The Falcon 9 will fly a south-southwesterly trajectory to deploy the next Starlink batch to low Earth orbit.
  • The launch uses Falcon 9 booster B1071 on its 31st flight following previous NRO, rideshare, and NASA SWOT missions.
  • About 8.5 minutes after liftoff, the booster is slated to land on the droneship Of Course I Still Love You, a recovery that would be the vessel’s 175th and the 567th overall if successful.
