• Register and book one round trip or two one‑ways between Aug. 25–28, 2025, then complete travel by Nov. 15 to earn a Companion Pass valid Jan. 6–Mar. 6, 2026.
• Basic fares are excluded, bookings must be made via Southwest.com, the mobile app, SWABIZ, GDS or SPS with a Rapid Rewards number, and previously booked travel does not qualify.
• Coverage conflicts on whether award or Cash + Points bookings qualify, so travelers should confirm eligibility against Southwest’s official terms at the time of booking.
• The promotional pass allows one companion to fly for taxes and fees only, and the primary member can change the designated companion up to three times during the validity period.
