Overview
- Jaiden Hassan-Agard, 18, of Stour Close, Southampton, has been charged with the manslaughter of 25-year-old Tia Langdon.

- Police said a man and a woman were in the property with Tia at the time, and investigators examined the events leading up to her fall.
- Langdon suffered significant injuries after falling from a balcony in Redbridge around 2:45pm on Thursday, August 28, and died in hospital the next day.
- Hassan-Agard has been remanded in custody to appear before Southampton Magistrates' Court this morning.
