Overview

• Between August 1 and 31, officers located 48 missing or kidnapped children and 82 adults, with all released to families after verification.
• Police report 931 people traced since January, including 306 children and 625 adults, as part of the district’s ongoing campaign.
• Teams scanned CCTV footage, set up enquiry stalls at transport hubs, and questioned drivers, conductors and vendors using photographs to generate leads.
• Kapashera Police Station recorded the most August recoveries, tracing 14 children and 13 adults, while the AHTU alone located 14 children.
• Additional recoveries were reported across Sagarpur, Palam Village, Vasant Kunj South and North, Delhi Cantt, Kishangarh, R. K. Puram, S. J. Enclave, Vasant Vihar, Sarojini Nagar and South Campus.
