South Carolina Pastor Accused of Sexual Assault in Lawsuit

The suit names Miller, his father Reginald Wayne Miller, and their affiliated churches, accusing them of enabling and covering up a pattern of abuse targeting minors.
Miller, who gained national attention after his estranged wife Mica Miller’s 2024 suicide, has denied previous allegations of abuse and grooming made by his late wife.
The lawsuit seeks damages for negligence, civil conspiracy, assault and battery, emotional distress, and violations of South Carolina trade practices laws.
