Turner filed a lawsuit against Jonas over custody of their two daughters and preventing them from traveling back to the UK.
Turner has been staying at Swift's NYC residence during the proceedings after Swift and Jonas previously dated briefly.
Both sides' attorneys argued over proposed trial dates, with Turner citing work obligations in early 2024 in the UK.
Turner and Jonas announced their split in September 2022 after four years of marriage and are currently in mediation over custody.
