Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas head to mediation over custody of daughters as messy divorce proceedings continue

The former couple are entering a four-day mediation to establish a parenting plan for their two young daughters.
Turner wants their daughters to reside primarily in England, while Jonas is open to joint custody between the US and UK.
A trial date has been set for January 2, 2024 to determine custody arrangements if mediation fails.
The girls will remain temporarily in New York City where Jonas and Turner agreed they can stay during the legal proceedings.
Turner previously sued Jonas for alleged wrongful retention of their passports and preventing their return to England.
