Sophie Kinsella, Creator of the Becky Bloom 'Shopaholic' Novels, Dies at 55

• The family announced her death on December 10, saying her final days were filled with family, music, affection, Christmas and joy.
• Kinsella disclosed in April 2024 that she was diagnosed in late 2022 with glioblastoma and underwent surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
