The 18-year-old Brown University student honored her grandmother's legacy in a Giorgio Armani gown at the prestigious Le Bal des Débutantes.

Lucia Sofia Ponti, granddaughter of iconic actress Sophia Loren, made her society debut at Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris on November 30, 2024.
She wore a custom Giorgio Armani gown inspired by her grandmother's timeless style, featuring vintage lace, striped details, and a pleated A-line skirt.
Lucia credited Sophia Loren for shaping her sense of fashion, emphasizing simplicity, tailoring, and personal expression in her wardrobe choices.
The event, held at the Shangri-la Paris hotel, included other notable attendees such as Apple Martin and Sophie Kodjoe, with Lucia escorted by Italian aristocrat Count Alberico di Carpegna Brivio.
Currently studying art history and English at Brown University, Lucia reflected on her close bond with her grandmother, who resides in Geneva, Switzerland.
