Sony Pictures Television Appoints Mike Wald and Jason Spivak as Co-Presidents of Distribution and Networks

The veteran executives will oversee global TV and home entertainment distribution, reporting to SPT Chairman Keith Le Goy.

Mike Wald and Jason Spivak have been promoted to co-presidents of distribution and networks at Sony Pictures Television (SPT).
The pair will succeed Keith Le Goy, who was recently elevated to chairman of Sony Pictures Television in January 2025.
Their responsibilities will include overseeing post-theatrical film distribution, global TV series distribution, and international cable networks in Latin America and Europe.
Wald previously led international distribution and content strategy, while Spivak co-headed North American distribution and played a key role in Sony's Netflix output deal.
Both executives emphasized their excitement to lead in a rapidly evolving distribution landscape, working with Sony's global teams to navigate new opportunities.
