Sony and PlayStation Studios Commit $5 Million to Los Angeles Wildfire Relief

Sony has pledged $5 million to assist with relief efforts following devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, which have claimed at least 25 lives and displaced over 100,000 residents.
The fires, which started last week, have destroyed more than 12,000 structures and could result in economic losses estimated at up to $275 billion, according to experts.
Sony's donation will fund first responders, community rebuilding initiatives, and other assistance programs for those affected by the disaster.
PlayStation studios based in Los Angeles, including Naughty Dog, Insomniac Games, and Santa Monica Studio, have also announced contributions to local relief organizations such as the LA Fire Department Foundation and World Central Kitchen.
Sony and its studios emphasized their deep connection to the Los Angeles community and expressed gratitude to first responders and volunteers for their ongoing efforts.
