Sonu Sood and Son Eshaan Buy Panvel Land for ₹1.05 Crore as Mumbai-Area Buys Top ₹3.6 Crore

IGR documents reviewed by Square Yards indicate a pivot to Panvel as new connectivity projects lift investor interest.

  • The Panvel transaction was registered in October 2025 for a Shirdon plot measuring about 0.065 hectares (approximately 777 sq yd).
  • Registration records show stamp duty of ₹6.3 lakh and charges of ₹30,000 were paid on the land deal.
  • In August 2025, Eshaan Sood registered a ₹2.6 crore apartment purchase in Andheri West with a RERA carpet area of about 900 sq ft and a built-up area of roughly 1,080 sq ft.
  • The Andheri purchase drew a stamp duty of ₹15.6 lakh plus a ₹30,000 registration fee, according to IGR filings reviewed by Square Yards.
  • Reports also note Sonu Sood sold a Mahalaxmi apartment in August 2025 for ₹8.10 crore after buying it for ₹5.16 crore in 2012.
