• Petaluma officers responded to a report of an occupied suspicious vehicle near Jess Avenue and Payran Street at 6:07 p.m. on August 1.
• The driver, identified as 60-year-old Kathleen Storrs, fled at speeds up to 50 mph and ran multiple red lights over a 15-minute chase.
• Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office helicopter Henry-1 provided aerial tracking during the five-mile pursuit.
• Storrs stopped on a dead-end road where she was taken into custody without further incident.
• She is booked into the Sonoma County Main Adult Detention Facility on suspicion of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and evading a police officer.
