- The custom kurta-and-salwar was built from Rimple & Harpreet’s archival textiles developed through years of collaboration with artisan communities across India.
- Her voluminous kurta was pieced from vintage fragments with dense rust, emerald and indigo threadwork, mirror insets and kutchi-style motifs.
- A soft beige dupatta with tonal appliqué and brass bead tassels and wide trousers with muted embroidery completed the set.
- Accessories included a matching patchwork crescent bag, dark brown moccasins by The Row and ornate emerald and polki chandelier earrings.
- The look was styled by Rhea Kapoor for Diwali, with News18 also crediting Manisha Melwani, and hair and makeup were kept minimal to foreground the workmanship.
