Solapur–Mumbai Vande Bharat Extended to 20 Coaches With 312 Additional Seats

Central Railway is responding to high occupancy by boosting capacity to 1,440 seats with a revised coach mix beginning August 28–29.

  • Train No. 22225 will run with the new 20-coach formation from August 28 and Train No. 22226 will follow on August 29.
  • Four extra chair car coaches add 312 seats, raising total capacity from 1,128 to 1,440 passengers.
