Soda Stereo Adds Eighth 'Ecos' Date in Buenos Aires After Rapid Sellouts

Soaring demand has expanded the run to eight Movistar Arena shows sold exclusively through the venue’s website.

Overview

  • After a sixth show on June 11 was announced and sold out, producers added August 14 and then August 15, bringing the Buenos Aires tally to eight dates.
  • More than 100,000 tickets have been sold across the seven previously announced shows on March 21–22, April 6, June 4, 10–11, and August 14.
  • Tickets are available only via movistararena.com.ar, with earlier sales managed through a virtual queue and a Banco Galicia Visa option of up to six interest-free installments.
  • Ecos is billed as a live show with Charly Alberti and Zeta Bosio onstage and Gustavo Cerati integrated via synchronized archival vocals and guitar, described as “much more than a hologram,” with no guest singers.
  • An international leg is planned in markets including Chile, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, and Spain, with dates yet to be announced.
