Overview

• On March 21, Fennell crashed her Range Rover into a parked Tesla in Bellevue Hill after refusing a police breath test and became involved in a confrontation with officers
• She pleaded guilty last month to four charges: refusing breath analysis, assaulting a police officer, failing to provide accident particulars and negligent driving
• Court documents state Fennell became highly agitated during her arrest, slapped an officer, laughed without remorse and told police “well at least I didn’t kill anyone” on body cam footage
• In a subsequent police interview she admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol
• Her bail continues pending her return to court on August 12 for the completion of a mental health assessment
