Overview
- Late May the Social Security Administration posted its 2026 benefit calendar confirming June RSDI and SSI payment dates so recipients can plan ahead.
- Regular Social Security retirement, disability and survivor (RSDI) payments are staggered by birth date with June disbursements on June 10 for birthdays 1–10, June 17 for 11–20, and June 24 for 21–31.
- SSI recipients will receive June payments on Monday, June 1, and the calendar also lists early SSI disbursements later in 2026 when the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday.
- The SSA tells beneficiaries to use direct deposit as the fastest, safest option and to contact their bank first for missing deposits before calling 1-800-772-1213 or TTY 1-800-325-0778 to request a review or replacement.
- The calendar affects nearly 74 million people who receive federal benefits and clarifies that months with extra or earlier SSI payments are timing adjustments only and do not increase total benefit amounts.
