• A Life Events section guides users through situations such as retirement, disability, or a family loss, linking to detailed resources tailored to each scenario.
• A dedicated area improves access for third-party users, including employers, representative payees, appointed representatives, and government agencies.
• SSA says upgraded site infrastructure will allow faster, analytics-driven improvements, as outside experts highlight gains for online users and continuing needs for those less comfortable with digital tools.
