Social Fund Advances November Family Benefits and Some Pensions for Holiday Week

The change prioritizes timely support ahead of the Nov. 4 holiday.

Overview

  • Most families using bank transfers will receive October-period child and family benefits on November 1, including the unified child allowance up to 17, payments to pregnant women, childcare for non‑working parents up to 1.5 years, the first‑child payment up to 3 years, and allowances for children of conscripts.
  • Working parents with the monthly childcare allowance will be paid on November 7 instead of the usual November 8 date because the standard date falls on a Saturday.
  • Monthly payments from maternity capital for children up to three years will be made on the regular schedule on November 5, the first working day after the holiday.
  • Recipients who use Russian Post will receive their benefits by November 25 according to regional postal delivery schedules.
  • Pensioners who normally receive payments on November 3–4 via banks will get them on November 1, covering all pension types, with bank schedules returning to normal on November 5 and postal delivery proceeding on the usual dates starting November 3.
