Overview

• The residential tower is planned at approximately 450 metres with 109 floors and 684 units, making it the tallest development in Sobha’s portfolio.
• Sobha says the skyscraper will rank among the UAE’s five tallest once complete.
• The design features five interconnecting subtowers with minimalist glass façades and aligned inset balconies offering views of Sheikh Zayed Road, Palm Jumeirah, and the Arabian Gulf.
• Four themed SkyParks, each spanning six storeys, will include family play areas with padel courts, multi-level fitness and wellness terraces, zen gardens with glass pavilions, and a near-350-metre infinity pool deck.
• The launch aligns with Sobha’s plan to roll out 8–10 multibillion-dirham UAE projects in 2025 as the region continues a wave of super-tall construction highlighted by CTBUH data.
