Lucy was diagnosed with Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), a common infection in children under the age of 2, which can cause severe infections in babies under 12 months.
The couple, who announced Lucy's birth at 35 weeks in December 2023, have asked fans for prayers for their daughter's recovery.
Lucy's condition worsened unexpectedly, leading to her admission to the NICU.
The Vilasusos, who have two other daughters, Riley, 10, and Everly, 7, have previously suffered two pregnancy losses.
