SNY and MLB Partner to Launch Mets Streaming Service on MLB App

The new direct-to-consumer service allows Mets fans to watch games without a traditional TV subscription, starting with spring training.

  • SNY has launched a direct-to-consumer streaming service in collaboration with MLB, making Mets games available via the MLB App for fans in the regional market.
  • Subscription options are priced at $24.99 per month, $124.99 for the MLB season, or $149.99 annually, with a bundle option including MLB.TV for $44.99 per month or $219.99 per season.
  • The service includes live games, highlights, player stats, pitch tracking, and on-demand replays but excludes nationally exclusive games and those broadcast locally on PIX-11.
  • Fans who already subscribe to SNY through their pay TV provider can access the MLB App stream at no additional cost, while the standalone SNY App will be discontinued in late March.
  • This move makes the Mets the 22nd MLB team to offer streaming without a cable package and positions SNY as the first regional sports network to partner with MLB for such a service.
