• Sabrina Carpenter pulls double duty on Oct. 18 as host and musical guest, marking her hosting debut and second performance on the show.
• NBC set the live airtime for 11:30 p.m. ET on NBC with simultaneous streaming on Peacock.
• The show enters Season 51 after departures including Ego Nwodim, Heidi Gardner, Devon Walker, Michael Longfellow and Emil Wakim, and adds five new featured players: Tommy Brennan, Jeremy Culhane, Ben Marshall, Kam Patterson and Veronika Slowikowska.
