SNL Announces Star-Studded Lineup for 50th Anniversary Special

The live three-hour event on February 16 will feature iconic hosts, musical guests, and surprise appearances to celebrate half a century of Saturday Night Live.

The 50th anniversary special of Saturday Night Live will air live on February 16 from Studio 8H and stream on Peacock, featuring a three-hour celebration of the show's legacy.
Confirmed guests include past hosts like Kim Kardashian, Adam Driver, Dave Chappelle, Pedro Pascal, and Robert De Niro, as well as Five-Timers Club members Tom Hanks, Steve Martin, and Martin Short.
Musical performances will include Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, and the Backstreet Boys, among others, showcasing the show's rich history of musical acts.
A special live concert, 'SNL50: The Homecoming Concert,' will be held on February 14 at Radio City Music Hall, streaming on Peacock, as part of the anniversary festivities.
Creator Lorne Michaels, at 80 years old, remains at the helm of SNL and has no immediate plans to retire, though he has named Tina Fey as a potential future successor.
