Overview
- An amended complaint filed Nov. 14 in Los Angeles County Superior Court adds a John Doe and a fifth Jane Doe to the civil case first brought in May by four former employees.
- John Doe alleges Robinson repeatedly exposed himself and, in 2022, grabbed his hand without consent in an attempt to force contact with Robinson’s genitals, after which he says he left the job and later quit again.
- Jane Doe 5, a former housekeeper, alleges that on more than 10 occasions Robinson grabbed her hand and tried to force her to touch his erect penis, alongside claims of indecent exposure and lewd remarks inside the home.
- Robinson’s attorney, Christopher Frost, rejects the new allegations as a coordinated bid for money and publicity and says the defense has asked the court to compel disclosures from the anonymous plaintiffs.
- A judge previously allowed the plaintiffs to proceed under pseudonyms, the original suit seeks at least $50 million in damages, and a trial is scheduled for Oct. 11, 2027.
