Overview
- On Sunday, the SMN maintains yellow and orange alerts for strong to severe storms across parts of Entre Ríos, Corrientes, Misiones, Santiago del Estero, Chaco, Formosa and Santa Fe, with possible hail, frequent lightning and gusts up to 90 km/h.
- Buenos Aires City and the AMBA move to a cooler, mostly dry outlook after early showers, while coastal areas of Buenos Aires and Río Negro remain under a yellow alert for persistent rain of 20–40 mm.
- Wind advisories continue, including Zonda in cordilleran sectors of Salta, Jujuy, Catamarca, San Juan and La Rioja with velocities of 30–50 km/h and gusts near 70 km/h, and southwest winds over parts of Buenos Aires with gusts up to 70 km/h.
- Southern provinces face additional wind alerts, with forecasts of westerly gusts near 90 km/h in sectors of Santa Cruz and Tierra del Fuego.
