Smite 2 Enters Free-to-Play Open Beta on Multiple Platforms

The MOBA sequel from Titan Forge Games adds new gods, game modes, and features as it transitions from paid Early Access to open beta.

Smite 2 is now available for free on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and Steam Deck, with cross-play and cross-progression supported.
The game exits its paid Early Access phase, which began in August 2024, and enters open beta with significant updates and refinements based on player feedback.
Five new gods, including the newly introduced Aladdin with unique mechanics and abilities, have been added to the roster, bringing the total number of playable gods to 45.
Fan-favorite 3v3 mode Joust returns alongside a new Arthurian-themed map, while additional updates include changes to the Conquest map and an alpha version of the Assault mode.
The game is built on Unreal Engine 5 and promises ambitious content updates throughout 2025, with developers emphasizing improvements over the original Smite.
