Small plane crash in Oregon leaves no survivors

The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call about the crash outside the city of Madras around 7:40 p.m.
Authorities have not released the number of passengers or their identities, pending confirmation and family notification.
The National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Aviation Administration will lead the investigation into the crash.
The crash site was located with the assistance of power company officials.
