'Slow Horses' Renewed for Fifth Season on Apple TV+

Gary Oldman to Return in Spy Drama Based on Mick Herron's Novels

Apple TV+ has renewed the spy drama 'Slow Horses' for a fifth season, following the recent conclusion of its third season.
The series, based on the Slough House novels by Mick Herron, stars Gary Oldman as the leader of a team of MI5 rejects known as 'Slow Horses'.
The fifth season will be adapted from the next novel in the series, with a plot involving a series of bizarre events across the city that the Slow Horses team must investigate.
Season four of the series, which has not yet been released, is expected to premiere in late December 2024.
Gary Oldman has received a Golden Globe nomination for his performance in the series.
