Slender Man Stabbing Perpetrator Seeks Release from Mental Institution

Morgan Geyser, who stabbed a classmate to please the horror character Slender Man, has requested her release for the second time.

Morgan Geyser, now 21, who was committed to a mental institution after stabbing a classmate to please the horror character Slender Man, has asked for her release for the second time.
Geyser and her accomplice, Anissa Weier, were 12 years old when they lured their classmate, Payton Leutner, to a park and stabbed her multiple times.
Leutner, who suffered 19 stab wounds, was left for dead but managed to crawl onto a bike path where she was found by a passerby.
Geyser and Weier told investigators they stabbed Leutner to earn the right to become Slender Man’s servants and protect their families from him.
Weier was granted a conditional release in 2021 to live with her father and was ordered to wear a GPS monitor.
