Sky Unveils Gen 2 Glass TV and Announces Affordable Glass Air Model

The new Sky Glass Gen 2 features improved picture and sound quality, while the upcoming Glass Air aims to deliver a budget-friendly streaming TV option without a built-in soundbar.

Sky Glass Gen 2 boasts a brighter 4K Quantum Dot display, wider viewing angles, and enhanced Dolby Atmos sound with a seven-speaker system, including a new dual subwoofer.
The Gen 2 model retains its all-in-one design with built-in streaming capabilities and Sky's operating system, now featuring updated picture presets and ambient light adjustment for optimized viewing.
Available in 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch sizes, the Gen 2 TV comes in three new colors—Volcanic Grey, Arctic Silver, and Atlantic Blue—with matching stands and remotes.
Sky Glass Air, expected later in 2025, will offer a more affordable option with 4K Quantum Dot HDR but without a soundbar, featuring a simpler 2.0 stereo speaker system.
Pricing for the Gen 2 models starts at £699, while the Glass Air is anticipated to be priced under £600, though exact details for the latter are yet to be confirmed.
