- Live coverage opens overnight with Houston at Oklahoma City, preceded by pregame at 12:15 a.m., followed by Warriors–Lakers at 4:00 a.m. with the original U.S. commentary.
- Markus Krawinkel and former Germany international Bastian Doreth call the opener, with Frank Buschmann joining Sky’s team for regular assignments starting Nov. 22 for Clippers at Hornets at 19:00.
- Sky plans at least one weekly "NBA Game of the Week" presented with German-language commentary throughout the season.
- Sky will carry NBC-produced studio programming such as "NBA Showtime," including a Michael Jordan guest appearance at launch, and will offer a U.S. audio option on selected broadcasts.
