Skoda Kodiaq Lounge Launched in India at Rs 39.99 Lakh as Five-Seat Entry Variant

A five-seat layout lowers the entry price by trimming premium features to boost practicality.

Overview

  • Positioned below Sportline and L&K, the Lounge is priced Rs 3.77 lakh under the Sportline and Rs 5.97 lakh under the L&K, setting the Kodiaq range at Rs 39.99–45.96 lakh ex-showroom.
  • Powertrain and drivetrain are unchanged, with a 204 hp 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and all-wheel drive.
  • Standard equipment includes nine airbags, 18-inch alloys, panoramic sunroof, 10.25-inch digital cluster, 10.4-inch touchscreen with wireless mirroring, wireless charging, and three-zone climate control.
  • Compared with higher trims, it drops features such as the 12.9-inch screen, 360-degree camera, Canton audio, gesture-controlled tailgate, driver drowsiness detection, and park assist.
  • The five-seat configuration increases boot capacity to 786 litres, and the Lounge is offered only in Moon White, Magic Black, and Graphite Grey.
