Skoda Confirms 2026 Kodiaq RS for Australia With November Arrival and $69,990 Price

The seven-seat flagship targets family performance buyers through stronger outputs, richer tech, with drive-away pricing kept near the outgoing RS.

Overview

  • The RS uses a 2.0-litre turbo petrol rated at 195 kW and 400 Nm with a seven-speed DSG and all-wheel drive, claiming 0–100 km/h in 6.3 seconds.
  • List price is $69,990 before on-road costs with indicative drive-away at about $76,990, roughly $100 above the previous-generation RS.
  • Standard equipment includes 20-inch alloy wheels, adaptive suspension (DCC Plus), matrix LED headlights, a 13-inch infotainment display and a 13-speaker Canton sound system.
  • Safety features span adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection, lane centring, blind-spot monitoring and nine airbags.
  • Skoda plans to broaden the Kodiaq range in the first half of next year with a mild-hybrid entry variant and a plug-in hybrid that brings a five-seat option to Australia.
