SK Hynix High-End AI Memory Chips Sold Out Through 2025

The company has announced plans to start mass production of its fifth-generation HBM chips in Q3 2024, indicating a continuous advancement in memory technology.
SK Hynix's dominance in the HBM market is bolstered by its role as a top supplier to Nvidia, which controls about 80% of the global AI chip market.
The semiconductor firm is also expanding its production capabilities, with new investments in fabrication and advanced packaging facilities in South Korea and the US.
AI-driven demand has significantly impacted the semiconductor industry, with SK Hynix and other companies like Micron experiencing similar sales trends.
