Overview
- A six-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene of a collision between a dual-cab ute and a truck near Nullica, 10km southwest of Eden, NSW.
- The ute's driver, a man in his 30s, and two girls aged three and eight sustained injuries and were transported to hospitals for treatment.
- The younger girl was airlifted to Randwick Children's Hospital and the man to a Canberra hospital, both via Merimbula Airport, while the older girl was taken by road to South-East Regional Hospital in Bega.
- The truck driver, believed to be in his 50s, was taken to Bega hospital for mandatory testing and treatment for shock.
