Overview
- The confrontation during the Ultimate Ruler sequence left Shehzad Poonawalla with a torn kurta after Siwet Tomar grabbed him by the neck and pushed him, and producers removed Siwet from the show following the episode that aired Monday.
- The clash unfolded while Rulers were naming the weakest decision‑maker for the Ultimate Ruler race, a mechanic that grants power and immunity and that intensified strategic tensions among contestants.
- Siwet posted on Instagram denying he struck Shehzad, saying he only held the collar and that 15–20 minutes of provocation over religion and caste led to his loss of temper.
- Shehzad’s team issued a public statement defending his conduct and thanking supporters, and fellow contestants Swara Bhasker and Karan Patel protested the eviction by choosing to leave the Tower.
- Producers have not published a full production-level account, viewers are circulating promos and clips, and the incident has focused attention on how editing, contestant selection and rule enforcement shape reality‑TV narratives.
