Overview

  • All citizens aged 18 and above can use the credits at sgculturepass.gov.sg from Sept. 1, with SMS notifications to follow but not required for access.
  • After a brief questionnaire, users are redirected to Sistic, BookMyShow, Klook, Pelago, GlobalTix or Trip.com to apply the pass at checkout and top up any balance via card or PayNow.
  • The initial catalog exceeds 400 offerings, with about 40% live performances and 30% workshops or talks, and roughly 70% of listings priced at $50 or below.
  • The Government earmarked $300 million for the scheme running through Dec. 31, 2028, and credits are non-cash but can be used to buy tickets for family and friends.
  • Support includes SG Culture Pass ambassadors at 18 community clubs in September, help at nine ServiceSG centres, outreach to seniors and students, anti-scam guidance and a helpline at 6338-3632, with ongoing submissions accepted and fewer than 5% of applications rejected so far as film screenings and Singapore book purchases are under consideration.
