Overview
- Therme Group Singapore won the Singapore Tourism Board tender to develop and operate a wellness attraction at the Marina South Coastal site.
 - The planned four-hectare destination beside Marina Barrage and Gardens by the Bay features thermal pools, botanical landscapes, art installations and cutting-edge health technology, plus saunas, steam baths and water slides.
 - Therme plans to invest about S$1 billion, target an opening in 2030 and attract around two million visitors annually at full capacity, with about half from overseas.
 - The project will be delivered in partnership with DP Architects and Therme Group’s in-house practice, Therme ARC.
 - Therme also plans a public park of almost four hectares to connect Marina Barrage to the new attraction.
