Overview

  • Fixed award and upgrade charts will be repriced on November 1, with most redemptions rising about 5%–20% depending on zone and cabin.
  • Saver awards to and from Europe and the United States increase roughly 5% across cabins, while Africa/Middle East/Turkey see 10%–20% hikes; within Asia/South‑west Pacific, Economy Saver drops 5% but premium cabins rise 5%.
  • KrisFlyer will add Access, a dynamically priced option that lets members use miles for any available Singapore Airlines seat, with mileage requirements varying by demand and season.
  • Changes apply to travel on Singapore Airlines, Star Alliance and other partner airlines, and upgrade award charts will also be adjusted.
  • Current rates are preserved for awards ticketed by October 31, 23:59 GMT+8; from September 1, members earn 1 Elite mile per S$1 and PPS members earn 1 PPS Value per S$3 on Kris+, KrisShop and Pelago, with commentators cautioning dynamic pricing could be very costly.
