Overview

• The province-wide effort runs October 13–19 with door-to-door teams also providing Vitamin A supplements.
• Roughly 80,000 health workers are deployed with support from about 21,000 security personnel to protect vaccination teams.
• Authorities target full coverage across 1,400 union councils, with vaccine refusals to be reported to the chief minister’s monitoring cell.
• Teams will administer drops to Afghan children returning at border points as part of cross-border disease control.
