Simu Liu Performs 'I'm Just Ken' Live, Embraces 'Kenergy'

Simu Liu, known for his role as Ken in the blockbuster hit 'Barbie', performed 'I'm Just Ken' from the movie's soundtrack at a concert in Los Angeles' The Hotel Cafe.
Liu also performed songs from his recently released EP, 'ANXIOUS-AVOIDANT', during the concert.
Despite forgetting some of the lyrics during his performance, Liu embraced the spirit of his character, encouraging the audience to feel the 'Kenergy' and affirm that they are 'Kenough'.
'I'm Just Ken', performed in the film by Ryan Gosling, has been nominated for best song at both the 2024 Critics Choice Awards and 2024 Golden Globe Awards.
Liu has expressed interest in expanding his career beyond acting, with aspirations to appear on Broadway.
