Silent Hill f Patch 1.10 Adds Casual Mode, New Game+ Skip and Combat Tweaks

Konami and NeoBards released the first post‑launch update in direct response to player feedback to make combat gentler and repeat runs faster.

Overview

  • The version 1.10 update (console build 1.002) is available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and Microsoft Store.
  • A new Casual action difficulty can be chosen at the start of a game or offered after multiple Game Over screens, providing a more accessible combat experience.
  • An optional skip for select New Game+ sections activates after the mural puzzle, preserves branching outcomes, removes items from skipped areas, and disables three achievements.
  • System adjustments include faster stamina recovery, fewer enemies and unskippable encounters, slightly reduced damage on Hard, a delayed victory line, and a new motion blur toggle on consoles.
  • Extensive fixes address progression and stability issues such as duplicated characters, immobile enemies, missing New Game+ diary notes, autosave death, and controller cursor drift.
