Sigachi Caps Payout at Rs 42 Lakh as Telangana HC Notes Probe Nearing Chargesheet

The company’s court filing departs from earlier Rs 1 crore assurances, shifting the balance to the state.

Overview

  • Investigators have examined 322 witnesses across 16 departments, a chargesheet is expected soon, and Rs 22.3 crore has been disbursed so far to the kin of the deceased, the missing and the injured.
