Offering live insights into key metrics, the platform is poised to drive data-led governance alongside Siddaramaiah’s mandate for stricter field oversight with accelerated service delivery.

The dashboard monitors Karnataka’s performance across four main sectors.

Overview

  • The dashboard, built by the Centre for e-Governance, uses a microservices architecture and department APIs to eliminate manual data entry and is live at cmdashboard.karnataka.gov.in.
  • It categorises state performance into Economic Growth, Legal/Judiciary Management, Infrastructure Development and Citizen-Centric Governance for real-time monitoring.
  • Siddaramaiah directed taluk and district officials to maintain headquarters presence and tasked district secretaries with bimonthly site visits to oversee development works.
  • Officials have been ordered to begin food delivery at all completed Indira Canteen buildings within one week to expand citizen services.
  • He reviewed farmer suicide data, reprimanded delays in compensation for 13 cases and ordered immediate surveys to reclaim remaining encroached tank beds.
