- In a New Delhi meeting on November 17, the Karnataka Chief Minister formally asked the Prime Minister to act on a bundled set of state priorities spanning health, water, finance and agriculture.
- For Raichur, the state sought approval for an AIIMS, noting a detailed project report, identified land and a government medical college already in place to support the institute.
- Karnataka cited a cumulative short release of ₹13,004.63 crore under the Jal Jeevan Mission up to 2025–26, said it advanced ₹1,500 crore this year to keep works on track, and flagged pending bills of ₹1,700 crore with another ₹2,600 crore expected.
