SIA Raids in Srinagar and Ganderbal Target Alleged Doctor-Led Terror Network

- SIA teams searched the Batamaloo home of Tufail Niyaz Bhat, an AC technician previously arrested in the case after initial detention by the J&K Police operations wing.
- Investigators also raided Zameer Ahangar’s residence in Wakoora, with police stating a pistol recovered earlier from him was allegedly supplied by a local cleric charged in the case.
- Police say October arrests in Nowgam led to uncovering a Jaish-e-Mohammad-linked module involving doctors operating across Jammu & Kashmir and Haryana.
- Officials have reported recovering an AK-47 from a Government Medical College locker tied to Dr Adeel Rather and a large explosives cache at a Faridabad rental linked to Dr Muzammil Rather.
- Several doctors associated with Al-Falah University have been arrested, while suspect Dr Umar Nabi remains at large and is alleged to be connected to the November 10 Delhi car blast.
