Showtime Cancels Planned Louis C.K. Documentary Examining His #MeToo Scandal

Showtime announced they will not release a documentary about Louis C.K.'s sexual misconduct allegations and downfall.
The documentary was set to look at C.K.'s exit from multiple projects in 2017 after admitting to masturbating in front of multiple women without their consent.
Netflix, FX, and HBO cut ties with C.K. following the allegations against him coming to light.
C.K. continued to win accolades and released new work despite the allegations, leading one of his accusers to speak out against his seeming immunity to consequences.
The documentary's future is now uncertain with Showtime backing out of the project.
